Bagpipes fit for a KING

The company was delighted to receive a commission from the Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh for the design and production of silver mounted bagpipes, which the University presented to Their Majesties King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway.

From Dundee to Dubai. We were honoured to receive a commission from Dundee City Council to supply a Drum Major’s Mace, which was presented to Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al-Maktoum (Deputy Ruler of Dubai) at the Dubai Sister Cities Forum, where Dundee became the newest sister city of Dubai.

It should be noted that all authentic Gillanders & McLeod instruments are stamped either "Gillanders & McLeod" "McLeod, Forfar" or "G&M". If stamped "MacLeod" (note the different spelling), they are NOT G&M bagpipes.

Beware expensive imitations!
